4th Annual Mentoring Matters 5K

Join us for the 4th Annual Mentoring Matters 5K — a community-powered race and celebration of mentorship, wellness, and youth empowerment. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or lacing up for your very first race, this event is for you.

Held at Forest Park in Springfield, MA, the Mentoring Matters 5K brings together families, community leaders, and supporters to promote healthy lifestyles and raise awareness about the power of mentorship. The event includes pre-race warmups, wellness vendors, free resources, giveaways, and a high-energy atmosphere for all ages.

All proceeds support Follow My Steps Foundation's programs in mentorship, mental health, and financial literacy for under-resourced youth across Western Massachusetts.
