Training and Commitment
- What training will I receive?
- Training Overview: Recurring trainining of systems and overall program structure
- Key Components: Focus areas such as mentorship skills and youth development.
- What is the time commitment?
- Weekly Hours: 1 to 2 hours of mentorship (can be done virtually)
- Attendance of our Monthly Steps to Success Steps Series (Every 2nd Saturday of the Month)
- Optional Attendance of other in-person programming.
- Program Duration: September to June mentorship period.

Mentoring Responsibilities
