About Us
Mentoring, at its core, guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them.
Mentoring, Personal Growth and DevelopmentResearch confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations. Ultimately, mentoring connects a young person to personal growth and development, and social and economic opportunity. Yet one in three young people will grow up without this critical asset. |

Want to Know About Us
There Are Multiple Ways You Can Help Others to Change Their LivesOur organization is headed by strong black professional individuals with heightened attention to elevating (under-resourced) minority students and their families. We understand that there is a disproportionate representation of minorities in key decision making positions in all facets of leadership in the current time. We aim to close that gap by providing deserving students with the opportunity for financial, mental, and professional education. By offering mentorships to scholarship recipients we aim to grow a network of like-minded individuals who will continuously give back to their communities and others alike.
