Follow My Steps Foundation is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Pioneer (Mentor) Program for the upcoming year! If you’re based in Springfield and excited about a hybrid model of virtual and in-person mentorship, this opportunity is for you!
📅 Program Duration: August (Training) – June
🔗 What You’ll Do:
Mentor Young Minds: Spend at least one hour each week mentoring your assigned mentee, helping them navigate their career and personal development.
Professional Development: Participate in team development meetings, workshops, and community service projects.
Record Progress: Keep track of your mentorship activities and progress in our Learning Management System.
Inspire and Guide: Provide guidance, support, and encouragement, helping mentees achieve their goals.
