Follow My Steps is recruiting for Relations Coordinators. This position can be considered for internship credit. Program time lengths vary, but align with the academic school year. This is a remote position, but you are encouraged to visit partners if conditions permit. Shifts are flexible, expect 5 -10 hours a week. We are looking for motivated, creative self - starters that want to bring change to the Springfield (Surrounding Areas) community. Relations Coordinators will be a liaison between new/current business partners & management, providing information/resources highlighting progressive alignment with both parties goals. Partnerships should focus on how to enhance the community via (Mentorship, Career Skill Development, Financial Literacy).
Identify potential partners that meet program or organizational needs
Facilitate meetings between partner POC and Follow My Steps POC
Record partnership details into excel trackers
Track relevant KPIs
