Kashawn Sanders

FOUNDER, CEO, PRESIDENT, BOARD MEMBER

Is the son of an entrepreneur, and developed a passion for business at a young age. A native of Springfield, Massachusetts he graduated from Springfield Central High School.  He followed up by attaining his Business Management degree, graduating a year early, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. With his degree, he received Magna Cum Laude honors.  Kashawn worked in transportation and logistics, retail, and manufacturing all in management level positions. Through his experiences, he holds several certifications in Business Analysis, Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management.  Mr. Sanders recently transitioned into a new role helping families and businesses plan for the future. His commitment to community engagement has led him to become part of the creation of the Follow My Step Foundation. A nonprofit in which he serves as the President of, and looks forward to expanding the foundation across the US. Kashawn has a thirst for knowledge and personal development. He’s an avid reader in his spare time, and credits reading as a way to understand the world from other perspectives. He’s actively involved in a number of activities centered around the creation of new business ventures.
